When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, and, if you choose a customised size, the measurements you give us. If you contact us we keep that conversation so we can help you properly.

What we use it for

We use your information only to run your order and look after you as a customer. In practice that means preparing and stitching your piece to the right size, arranging delivery to your address, contacting you about your order or any question you send us, keeping a record of your purchase for our accounts, and sending you news about new collections if you have asked to receive it.

We do not use your information for anything else, and you can ask us to stop sending you news at any time.

Payment information

Card payments are handled by our payment provider. Your full card number never reaches our website and we never store it.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need it to complete your order: our courier and our payment provider. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Cookies

Our website uses your browser storage to remember what is in your bag. We may use analytics to understand which pages are popular, which tells us nothing that identifies you personally.

Your choices
