Every piece is cut and stitched for you after you order, which is why our policy works differently from a ready-to-wear shop.
All sales are final
Because each piece is made to order in your chosen size and fabric, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering, and message us on WhatsApp if you are unsure — we would much rather help you choose than have you receive something that does not fit.
Cancellations
An order cannot be cancelled once it is confirmed and cutting has begun.
No cash on delivery
We do not offer cash on delivery. Orders are paid for at checkout by card or bank transfer.
If something is wrong
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you have been sent the wrong piece, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we will put it right.
Colour and handwork
Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another, and hand work naturally varies a little from piece to piece. This is part of handmade clothing and is not considered a fault.
